These torrents included all the tracks that could be previewed on the SXSW website for SXSW 2014. This year's collection only included 783 files totaling 4.94GB (see explanation below). Note that the filenames and ID3 tags were updated to properly reflect the artist names and song titles.

In 2014, SXSW decided to change the game by replacing most of the sample tracks they have provided for years with links to Soundcloud pages. While there are certainly known ways to download those samples, Soundcloud goes through considerable trouble to prevent that from happening. Since these torrents have always been about providing easier access to otherwise readily downloadable samples instead of outright piracy, this regrettably meant a potential end to these torrents. Since this was a very late change, we did have enough sample tracks to release a Part 1 torrent, but there was no way to release a Part 2.
